Monetary Donations to the Areas Affected by the Kumamoto Earthquakes

We would like to express our sincerest condolences to the victims of the Kumamoto Earthquakes and wish for the earliest possible recovery and restoration of the areas affected.
KOSÉ has decided to provide monetary donation of ¥20,000,000 to the Prefecture of Kumamoto to help the victims of the disaster and support the restoration of the affected areas.

Dispatching the Relief Goods to the Areas Affected by the Kumamoto Earthquakes

We would like to express our sincerest condolences to the victims of the Kumamoto Earthquakes.
Upon request of many people in the affected areas, KOSÉ has decided to supply the following two cosmetic products for free and dispatched them to the areas on April 21.

KOSÉ Sponsored Fukushima Projection Mapping 2017 “Haruka – Shirakawa Hanakagari –” Event

KOSÉ Sponsored the “Fukushima Projection Mapping 2016: Haruka – Shirakawa Hanakagari –“ The annual projection mapping event “Haruka” that had been held at Tsurugajo Castle in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture in March (2013/2014/2015) was held in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture this year, with a renewed theme of “Haruka – Shirakawa Hanakagari (Flower Illumination)” in April.
Images of beautiful cherry blossoms in full bloom and calligraphy works by a calligrapher Shishu were projected on the wall of cominess, a cultural communication center of Shirakawa City under construction, in harmony with newly composed music by musicians Ohtomo Yoshihide and Sachiko M.

Donated a New Species of Cherry “Haruka” Symbolizing the Reconstruction, to an Elementary School

Two saplings of a new species of cherry “Haruka,” grown in our cosmetics campaign were donated to Irifune Elementary School in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, and we held a tree-planting ceremony at the school on Friday, March 11, 2016, marking the fifth anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Support through cosmetic products

We executed a campaign to donate a portion of the revenue from sales of the limited edition of our representative brands ESPRIQUE, COSME DECORTÉ, and PRÉDIA for breeding and presenting a new species of cherry (February 16 – March 31, 2016.)
