Corporate Philosophy

KOSÉ believes that ensuring the quality of its products depends on preserving the global environment and especially on tackling environmental issues, as well as maintaining high ethical standards and giving back to the community through company-sponsored activities and cultural events.

Framework of Corporate Philosophy

The "Statement of Purpose" defines the basic direction and stance of KOSÉ; the "Management Philosophy" sets forth the fundamental management approach required to accomplish the "Statement of Purpose"; and the "Action Guidelines" are a set of standards demanded of all KOSÉ employees. All three of these elements form the basis of KOSÉ's symbolic second founding, and express its fervent desire to open up new frontiers.
