Briefly put "SUMMERD" is constructed by dispersing powder from the cake type foundation and oil in water then transforming into a liquid form. It was liquefied while still sustaining the cake-like property by turning powder that was intentionally made not to blend well with water into loose clusters (aggregate) like grapes, then treating its surface to blend well with water. Clusters break down when spread over skin, become fine powder to cover, then become a clean and strong film after moisture evaporates, which does not get smudged by sweat. This is how the summer foundation that does not require a wet sponge for application like the cake type was born.
